250 g all-purpose flour
0.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
50 g softened butter
100 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar (16 g)
130 g chocolate
2 eggs
250 ml cream or milk
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
50 g chopped walnuts
Additionally:
walnuts or almonds for topping
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Line a metal baking pan with paper cupcake liners.
Mix the flour with the baking soda and baking powder.
Add the butter and rub it into the flour with your fingers until it resembles crumbs.
Stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, chocolate, and walnuts.
In a separate bowl, combine the milk, eggs, oil, and lemon juice.
Quickly mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients with a spoon, just until combined.
Transfer the batter to the prepared liners, filling them about three-quarters full.
Sprinkle the tops with nuts and bake for about 20 minutes.
