Hedgehog Cake

“Hedgehog”

Mixture #1
3 tablespoons of sour cream
3 tablespoons of honey
1.5 teaspoons of baking soda
Salt

Mixture #2
1 cup of sugar
50g of butter (melted with sugar)
1 egg
Raisins
Chopped nuts

Frosting:
1 liter of sour cream
1.5 cups of powdered sugar
1-2 packets of sour cream thickener
Vanilla

Combine Mixture #1 and Mixture #2. Add 2 cups of flour. Knead until you have a soft dough. Roll it into a log and divide it into 6 uneven pieces. Shape the pieces into rounds about 6-8 mm thick and bake for 15 minutes. Cut the baked rounds into teardrop shapes. When assembling the layers, use the scraps to create the back of the hedgehog, making it rounded. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and stick sunflower seeds in for spikes. For the eyes, use frozen currants, and for the nose, a chocolate candy.
