Meat Patties with Vegetables, Cheese, and Herbs

Ingredients:

2.2 lbs of pork
1 small young zucchini, seedless
2 onions
7 oz of homemade cheese
2 eggs
1 head of garlic
1 large bunch of fresh herbs (cilantro, dill, and parsley)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp of oil
100 ml of water

Start by washing the pork and grinding it.
Grate the zucchini and onions using a large grater.
Mash the cheese with a fork.
Press the garlic through a garlic press.
Finely chop the herbs.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, adding the eggs, herbs, and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Form the mixture into patties and place them in a baking dish, adding the oil and water.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C), then reduce the temperature to 340°F (170°C) and continue baking for another 30-35 minutes.
The patties turn out very tender and juicy; however, if you’re not a fan of cilantro, feel free to leave it out.
But the “secret” ingredient in these patties is definitely the cilantro.
