Ingredients:
6 pork chops (or 700g of pork tenderloin)
3 bell peppers (any color; I used frozen, chopped ones)
1 tomato
Salt and spices
For the rolls, we need pieces of pork about 1 cm thick and measuring approximately 10 cm by 5 cm.
Pound each chop on both sides and season. Lay the chopped vegetables on top; you can also add a bit of sautéed onion if you like. Roll the meat into a tight cylinder and secure it with a toothpick. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Afterward, remove the toothpicks and serve!
