I truly love it; I’m so immersed in the idea of how it works that I could explain the process down to the molecular level, even in the middle of the night! Plus, it’s just a key to my good mood—a little checkmark in my mental “to-do list”—I worked out, so the day is bound to be great! I can’t remember if I managed to stick with it for a week after the hospital, but I definitely started exercising again. I cut back on the number of exercises, eliminated any strain on my back, and of course, I’m nowhere near dumbbells right now. In fact, I’m only doing bodyflex at the moment. But I’ve really spiced it up! I keep coming up with new exercises, replacing the ones that have become stale, and adding in moves for the muscle groups I want to target. It’s so easy and straightforward! I spend no more than 20 minutes on it each morning, but it guarantees a good mood afterward, and my body feels revitalized. Mornings become brighter, my cheeks get a rosy glow, my eyes open wider… and my husband doesn’t even need an alarm clock. As he says, “I wake up wonderfully to your huffing and puffing!” :))
