I wanted to share my thoughts on a ball. It’s big, rubbery, and comes with a handle or horns—perfect for children’s play. But its uses are truly limitless!

First, it’s great for soothing a baby from birth up to around two years old, as long as there’s a need for it. This is an easier option for a parent’s back and provides a fantastic workout for mom’s legs. Plus, it’s hard to come up with softer, more rhythmic movements than this.

Second, you can use it for gymnastics with kids of any age. If you’re short on ideas, there are even specialized exercise routines designed for the ball.

Third, we’ve just started to discover this—Sasha loves to bounce on it, roll it across the floor, and even lounge while watching TV, treating it like a chair. So, this ball absolutely needs to be in every child’s room! It’s simply an indispensable item for any household.
