Pass the “Ocean” pasta and the boiled eggs through a meat grinder. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. From this mixture, form patties, placing the filling in the center and folding the edges over. Next, coat the patties twice in breadcrumbs. Make the filling by sautéing the boiled rice with onions and seasoning it with salt and pepper.
Fry the patties in hot oil.
Ingredients: 90 g “Ocean” pasta, 10 g breadcrumbs, 10 g rice, 10 g onions, 15 g oil, 2–5 g margarine, 2–5 g butter, 2 eggs, and 2 tablespoons flour.
