How to Make Fluffy Yeast Pancakes

Yeast pancakes
Ingredients:

300 g of flour
1 cup of milk
20 g of fresh yeast
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 tablespoon of sugar
Salt

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and add a pinch of salt. Mix in the egg yolks beaten with the sugar and the sifted flour. Stir the batter well with a spoon, then fold in the whipped egg whites. Knead the dough thoroughly, add the melted margarine, and knead the dough again. Let the dough rise until it has doubled in size. Using a spoon dipped in water, scoop portions of the dough and place them on a hot skillet with oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla before serving.
