Pork: 400g (approx. 0.9 lbs)
Beans: 200g (approx. 0.4 lbs)
Carrot: 1
Bell pepper: 1
Onion: 1-2
Milk: 200-300ml (approx. 0.8-1.3 cups)
Garlic: 2-3 cloves
Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
Salt and black pepper: to taste
Wash the meat, cut it into pieces, and braise it in a little water until fully cooked. Cook the beans until tender. When the meat is done, add the chopped carrot, bell pepper, and onion, and sauté them until the onion is translucent. Add the cooked beans. Pour in the milk and simmer the stew for 5–7 minutes. Season the stew with salt and black pepper, then add the minced garlic.
