Pan-Fried Stuffed Eggs with Cheesy Filling

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, leaving the shells on.

Carefully scoop out the egg whites and yolks with a teaspoon, mash them together, then mix in grated cheese, chopped onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the sour cream.

Spoon the filling back into the egg shells, sprinkle the tops with breadcrumbs, and fry the stuffed shells in margarine, filling-side down.

Serve the eggs hot with mashed potatoes and a salad.

Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs, 50 g of sharp cheese, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, ground white breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
