Ingredients:
For 2 servings
- 1 large apple
- 3.5 oz of farmer’s cheese
- 2 tablespoons of raspberry syrup
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts (any kind)
Wash the apple, cut it in half, and remove the core. Scoop out a little more flesh to create a “boat” shape.
Mix the farmer’s cheese with 1 tablespoon of raspberry syrup, fill the apple halves with the mixture, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400°F (the baking time depends on the type of apple, so keep an eye on them to ensure they don’t fall apart).
Drizzle the baked apples with 1 tablespoon of raspberry syrup and sprinkle with nuts.
