Pumpkin marmalade: a recipe for a natural taste of autumn on your plate.

Once upon a time, were not used as food but rather as… containers for water. Nowadays, we incorporate them into , , pies, smoothies, and even make coffee from them. One of the most delightful ways to enjoy this versatile vegetable is by making pumpkin marmalade.
Ingredients:
500 g pumpkin, juice of ½ lemon, 100 g sugar (or 75 g agave syrup), 7 g agar-agar
Instructions
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into pieces, and bake or boil it until soft.
If you boiled it, be sure to drain the water.
Blend the pumpkin with lemon juice and sugar until smooth.
Pour the puree into a saucepan, add the agar-agar, and cook for 4 minutes.
Pour the mixture into molds or an oiled dish.
