Quick Squid and Cheese Salad

Rinse the squid under cold water, then cut it into small cubes. Drizzle the squid with lemon juice or diluted citric acid, and mix the squid with grated cheese, finely chopped green onions, and a splash of oil or mayonnaise. Transfer the mixture to a salad bowl. Garnish the salad with slices of hard-boiled egg, and place an olive or a small pickled tomato on each slice.
You will need: one can of squid, 200g of hard cheese, a bunch of green onions or a bulb of onion, one hard-boiled egg, olives, half a lemon, and oil or mayonnaise.
