Mashed Potatoes


Ingredients:

6 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of potato seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them with their skins on.
Once cooked, place the hot potatoes on a baking sheet lightly greased with oil (you can use foil if you prefer).
Using a potato masher, gently crush each potato until they crack open.
Remove any skin that may be on top.
Mix the oil with the seasoning (I used the potato seasoning from Kamis).
Generously brush each potato with the mixture using a silicone brush.
Bake at 400°F until golden brown.
