Monastic-style Fish

Ingredients:

– 4 fillets of any fish (I used hake)
– 2 medium onions
– 1 large carrot
– Salt, pepper, and fish seasoning
– 4 tablespoons of chef’s sauce (or a similar cooking sauce)
– Oil for frying

Sauté the onions and carrots in oil until they soften a bit. Then, season with salt and add the chef’s sauce. If you have it, you can use tomato paste instead, but the sauce adds more flavor.

Marinate the fish fillets with your favorite seasonings beforehand. Place them on a greased baking sheet and top with the sautéed vegetables. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
