3 river trout
Salt, pepper, garlic
Juice from half a lemon
Garlic
200g sour cream
3 slices of processed cheese
Clean the fish, removing the backbone and bones. From one fish, you will get two fillets. Cut each fillet lengthwise into two strips. Marinate the fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Roll each strip into a small roll, placing a clove of garlic in the center. Sauté in a skillet on both sides. Once the rolls are beautifully browned, pour sour cream over them. Mix 100g of water and a pinch of salt into the sour cream beforehand. Then, place half a slice of cheese on each roll. Cover everything with a lid and simmer for another 5 minutes. The rolls are very tasty and tender, ready to serve!
