Dough:
250g of flour
100g of milk
15g of yeast
2 eggs
100g of room temperature butter
100g of sugar
Salt, vanilla sugar
200g of cream
Topping:
30g of butter
50g of sugar
Warm the milk. Add the yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar to activate it. Add the eggs and butter, then gradually mix in the flour. Knead the dough until soft and slightly sticky. Let the dough rise for 1 hour. Grease a baking dish with butter. Spread the dough evenly in the dish and let it rise for another 30 minutes. Moisten a finger with butter and make small indentations in the dough. For the topping, mix the butter and sugar, then sprinkle it over the dough. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (about 350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 25-30 minutes. Remove the pie from the oven and pour the cream over it. Return the pie to the oven for another 6-10 minutes.
