Chicken and Orange Salad

Ingredients:

– A bunch of lettuce (I skipped this)
– 200g of chicken breast (about 7 oz)
– 1 orange
– 50g of feta cheese (about 1.75 oz)
– Olive oil

Cook the chicken breast by boiling or sautéing it in oil on both sides. Rinse the lettuce, dry it, and tear it into pieces. Peel the orange, removing the skin and white pith, and cut it into segments. Slice the cooled chicken into thin cubes. Cut the feta cheese into cubes as well. Combine everything in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and squeeze some orange juice over the top.
