1 cup black or red beans
3 tbsp honey
20 g vanilla sugar
4 tbsp powdered sugar
50 g dark chocolate
5 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp ground nuts
shredded coconut for garnish
Soak 1 cup of beans in water overnight.
Boil, drain the water, dry well, and grind (I used a blender).
Add the ground nuts, cocoa powder, honey, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and chocolate.
Heat over low heat or in a double boiler, stirring constantly until the chocolate melts.
Form the mixture into small circles and sprinkle with shredded coconut on top.
Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
