“Apple Pie”
200g of margarine (melted)
4 eggs
1.5 cups of sugar
1-2 tablespoons of sour cream
1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
1 packet of baking powder
2.5 cups of flour
optional – cinnamon. I like it.
Mix the warm melted margarine with the eggs beaten with sugar, then add all the other ingredients—just sprinkle the baking powder over the flour. You can mix it with a mixer. The batter will be similar to sour cream in consistency. Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle it with semolina, then pour in the batter and top it with sliced apples (cherries are also delicious) – they will sink into the batter. Once baked, let it cool and dust with powdered sugar. Trust me, this pie is so delicious that it’s worth a try!
