Spaghetti with Smoked Sausage and Melty Cheese in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 200 g spaghetti (about 7 oz)
  • 4-5 tomatoes
  • 250 g smoked sausage (about 9 oz)
  • 100 g cheese (about 3.5 oz)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cut the sausage into small strips.
  2. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and chop them into small pieces.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add the sausage, tomatoes, and minced garlic, then season with black pepper. Cook while stirring.
  4. Bring water to a boil and add salt and olive oil to the pot.
  5. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain it in a colander.
  6. Add the spaghetti to the skillet with the sausage and tomatoes, and mix well.
  7. Stir in the grated cheese.
  8. Cover the skillet and wait until the cheese melts.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
