Pork with Apples

Ingredients:

1.1 to 1.3 lbs of lean pork
2. 1 apple
3. 1 onion
4. 1 tablespoon of oil
5. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
6. 1 tablespoon of white wine
7. Salt, pepper, and your favorite meat seasoning

Cut the meat into pieces suitable for making cutlets. In a bowl, mix the oil, soy sauce, wine, and seasonings, then rub this mixture onto each piece of pork. Place the marinated pork in a bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Line a baking dish with foil, lightly grease it with oil, and layer the onion rings on the bottom. Place the marinated meat on top, followed by thin slices of peeled apple. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
