Boil the plums in sweetened water, remove the pits, and slice them into thin strips. Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and slice them thinly.
Slice the lemon and orange into rounds. Separate the fruits from the compote. Add water to the plum broth, sweeten it to taste, and bring it to a boil.
Place the mixed fruits in a bowl and drizzle them with rum. Let them sit for a few hours.
Before serving, pour the mixture into a wide glass. Top the glass with the orange and lemon slices, add a scoop of ice cream, and sprinkle the dessert with chopped nuts.
