Life Hack

The calorie count for a medium-sized turkey burger is about 1168 kcal. In a low-calorie version, this can be reduced to 700 kcal by omitting fatty sauces and skin (most of the fat in turkey is found under the skin, so it can be removed if necessary). To prevent the lean meat from drying out during cooking, consider adding chopped mushrooms or a couple of tablespoons of melted butter to the ground turkey.
