Turn Leftover Mashed Potatoes into Crispy Zrazy

Got leftover mashed potatoes? I make zrazy with them.

To start, I thoroughly mix the mashed potatoes with eggs and shape the mixture into round patties.

In the center of each patty, I place the filling, seal the edges, coat each in flour, and fry them on both sides. For the filling, I slice an onion into thin strips and sauté it, then add two boiled eggs, finely chopped, and season it with salt and ground pepper to taste.

Before serving, I drizzle them with melted fat or sour cream. For 500 g of mashed potatoes, you’ll need 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of flour, and 100 g of butter and sour cream.
