Two Crisp Apple Salads: Celery-Root with Nuts and Pepper-Onion

Apples with Celery
Peel and julienne the apples and the raw celery root. Add the chopped nuts and dress with mayonnaise.
Ingredients: 3 apples, 1 celery root, 1 tablespoon chopped nuts, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Apples with Pepper
Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Slice the pickled peppers into thin strips and the onion into rings.
Dress with mayonnaise mixed with lemon juice or vinegar, season with salt, and garnish with parsley and dill.
Ingredients: 3 apples, 3 pickled peppers, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, juice of 1 lemon or 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, parsley and dill for garnish, salt.
