LEMON MILK DRINK
Squeeze fresh lemon juice, mix it with sugar syrup and chilled milk, then whip until frothy. Serve in a glass. Substitute lemon with orange.
For one glass: half a lemon, 30g of sugar syrup, and 3/4 cup of milk. For the syrup: one teaspoon of sugar and 50g of water.
COFFEE MILK DRINK
Combine milk with chilled sweet coffee, add milk or cream ice cream, and whip.
For 3/4 cup of milk: 2 teaspoons of sugar, 60g of ice cream, half a teaspoon of coffee, and half a cup of water.
