How to Prepare Viburnum Drink with Honey

After the first frosts, gather ripe viburnum berries, separate them from the branches, rinse them, and mash them using a blender or by hand. Mix the mashed berries with granulated sugar and let it sit in a cool place for 6 hours. Then, strain the juice that has been released and mix it with honey.
The viburnum with honey prepared using this recipe can be stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator and consumed with mineral or sparkling water or in tea.
